Save money and time with GlasClay Basics! The Book. It’s a brand new publication that covers the basics of mixing, molding, sculpting and firing this hot new product. Written by Geneva Perkins, GlasClay Basics! The Book. is the first in a series covering the technical aspects of using GlasClay™. Including begining to itermediate projects, this is the definitive publication on GlasClay™!

GLASCLAY™ (patent pending) is a great new product that’s affordable and easy to use. It is glass in a cold clay-like form that can be worked in a manner similar to clay. Ships as a dry powder, just mix in distilled water! Make 3 dimensional objects, hollow, free standing, set stones, and hand-fabricated intricately decorated beads… discover new applications! Requires a kiln with a digital programmable controller. Proudly made in the State of Alaska, USA.

Firing technique is extremely important. Instructions come with each purchase. All email questions are answered by the developer. We will be posting FAQs by the end of the month.

GLASCLAY™ is glass…. not exactly glass as you know it. Ceramic artists will feel a kinship to this new medium, but remember…. it is GLASS, not ceramic. You can produce your work with a matte finish, shiny finish, and  glossy finish…. depending on the number of times fired, and the firing schedule. Think out of the box.

MSDS Information: Wearing a HEPA pariculate rated face mask is recommended while mixing GLASCLAY™, to prevent inhaling the dry glass powder or binder. GLASCLAY™ is safe to handle. DO NOT EAT!

MSDS information is available upon request. Mixing instructions and a firing schedule, are provided with each purchase.

Metal Mania Metal Clay™

Bronze or Copper Art Clay ships as a dry powder in a secure, screw top container. It is to be mixed with distilled water (according to directions) as needed for use. Weight will increase when hydrated. Don’t confuse it with premixed “wet” metal art clays, this will keep much longer if unopened, until mixed fresh for use. Requires a kiln with a digital programmable controller, activated charcoal and a stainless steel firing pan with lid, to fire. Proudly made in the State of Alaska, USA.
